Notice: In Re Claims against David Cole. Anyone that has a claim for debts, money, promises, or property of or from or owed by Jan David Cole, a.k.a. J. David Cole, and Dave or David Cole, 69, formerly of 643 Cedar Rock Rd., Arlington, VT. Although there are no known assets, no estate, and personal items are essentially nil (apparently), and considerable other monetary claims exist (likely preceding/priority), I still want to be sure to hear any claims, unpaid debts for items or services, liens, UCC filings, loans, property, or other such actions anyone has, and wishes to bring forward. Please do so in the next 120 days, from first public notice (on or about 1/30/24) or forever such claim(s) is/are void and/or barred. I am acting as the representative, as next of kin. As noted there are no known assets, so recovery is not likely unless some assets are found, which appears highly doubtful. Please call brother, and/or mail notice and proof of any financial, promise, materials, property, debts, or any claim against said J. David Cole, and value thereof, to me Barry Cole 1-800-301-3188 @ 4785 Elati Street, Ste #15, Denver, CO 80216 or email 3038866106@vtext.com
